If you purchased tickets using either our Apple or Google Pay features at checkout and you did not receive an email confirmation, please check the email address associated with your Apple and Google account.
Our email confirmations are sent to the email address directly connected with your Apple and Google account.
Here is how to update or view your email address for Apple Pay if needed:
Go to: Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay – click “Email” under the heading "Transaction Defaults". Then you will be able to edit or add an email address.
