When an event is canceled, the host school will take steps to notify GoFan. Once the school has requested an event be refunded, GoFan will automatically begin the refund process. Please allow 2-3 business days for this process to take place and an addition 2-5 days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
There is nothing that you need to do to initiate the refund process when an event is cancelled.
If your event is postponed, and not canceled, your tickets will give you access to the rescheduled date.
